Wines

Non-alcoholic wines are beverages similar to traditional wines in terms of their appearance and flavor profile, but contain little to no alcohol. Non-alcoholic wines are made by fermenting grape juice or grape concentrate, which results in the production of alcohol. However, the alcohol is then removed through a variety of methods, such as reverse osmosis or vacuum distillation, leaving behind the flavor and aroma compounds that give wines their characteristic taste. Non-alcoholic wines can be made in a variety of styles, including red, white, and rosé (among others), and can be produced using different grape varieties and blends.
